Pineapple Orange Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup vanilla almond milk
  • 2/3 Cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 Cup frozen orange juice concentrate

Cooking Instructions

So the procedure to prepare this is a bit complicated so pay attention.... insert ingredients into blender, attach the lid to the blender jar, then using your index finger, press the button labeled "blend". When all the ingredients are incorporated to your desired texture, pour the finished product into a glass and enjoy!

I hate to admit this, but I don't have a sweet tooth....I have an entire mouthful of sweet teeth.  In my quest for a thin me, this is a huge burden and something I need to either overcome (yeah right) or somehow work around.  Since I am strongly against the use of artificial sweeteners because 1) they all taste horrific, 2) I am not convinced of their safety, and 3) there's plenty of research saying they inhibit weight loss anyway (so what's the point?), I have found some other ideas that satisfy my cravings for all things sweet without totally breaking the calorie bank.
