Motivate Me

Today marks the one year anniversary of the start of my "Stop Being Fat" campaign.  In the past year I have struggled more often than not with making the "right" food choices in regards to *what* and *how much* I've eaten.  My commitment to my personal training sessions has been sufficient enough that although I haven't lost many pounds (only 20-ish) I look way better and my body is much stronger than it was a year ago!  One thing I noticed over the past year is that once in a while I'd come across a quote and be inspired for a bit to stay the course or jump back on the wagon
